This KnoPro challenge, developed for NAF's work-based learning platform, immerses high school students in the intersection of healthcare and emerging technology. Students explore real-world problems and cutting-edge innovations to help them critically think about how AI and technology could improve healthcare in the U.S.
The Problem
The challenge was designing engaging, digestible content on a complex topic like healthcare that could meet high schoolers where they are, connect them to real-world context, and give them enough knowledge to take a genuine creative leap.
The Solution
I designed and developed a collection of bite-sized interactive content experiences using H5P and Genially, guiding students through the landscape of healthcare technology. This included common barriers, existing tech solutions to AI's emerging role, healthcare career pathways, and spotlight innovations. Each piece was crafted to build curiosity progressively, grounding students in the "why" before challenging them to imagine "what's next."
